This is a major release with new features, and bugfix...
What's new:
- view locked transaction in read-only
- print out date range for reports
- add a quick filter type "not transfer"
- add column in manage assigment to see the target: memo/payee
- add a no flags quickfilter into the ledger
- "Edit Account…" contextual menu item action in the main views
- Implement same day transaction sort option(s)
- pre-fill multi-edit fields with common values
- be able to set flag for templated/scheduled transactions
- add a hide closed account in manage dialog
